We, Goldin Real Estate Financial Holdings Limited 高銀金融地產控股有限公司 (the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries collectively “the Goldin Group” or “高銀集團”), issued a declaration on 8 August 2018 after becoming aware of a company, GOLDIN INTERNATIONAL (HONG KONG) FINANCIAL GROUP LIMITED 高銀國際（香港）金融集團有限公司 (the “Unrelated Company”), is intentionally trading on our goodwill by using registered trademarks owned by the Company in the Unrelated Company’s website https://www.goldinmerry.com/ and corporate name card.
We have reported the matter to the Hong Kong Police Force (Case Number: CRN:18041201/PC24201).
