We have discovered that the Unrelated Company has claimed itself as “高銀國際”, “Goldin International”, “高銀國際（香港）金融集團” and “Goldin International (Hong Kong) Financial Group”, and present to the public that 高銀國際, Goldin International, 高銀國際（香港）金融集團 and Goldin International (Hong Kong) Financial Group are involved in financial technology, equity investment, private equity and wealth management, which are all services covered by the specifications of Hong Kong registered trademarks no. 301226628 “高銀” and no. 301226646 “GOLDIN” as well as Chinese registered trademarks no. 7613595 “GOLDIN” and no. 7613597 “高银” owned by the Company.
The Company is deeply concerned about the Unrelated Company, and hereby solemnly declares that the Group (official website at www.goldingroup.com), including its Hong Kong listed subsidiary, “Goldin Financial Holdings Limited 高銀金融(集團)有限公司” (HKEx stock code: 530 & official website at www.goldinfinancial.com), and its private subsidiaries “Goldin Properties Holdings Limited 高銀地產控股有限公司” (official website at www.goldinppt.com) and “Goldin Equities Limited” (CE number AFY561 & official website at www.goldinequities.com), has no connection whatsoever with the operations and activities taken or to be taken by any person or entity referred to or in connection with “GOLDIN INTERNATIONAL (HONG KONG) FINANCIAL GROUP LIMITED 高銀國際（香港）金融集團有限公司” and “GOLDIN INTERNATIONAL (HK) ASSET MANAGEMENT CO., LIMITED 高銀國際（香港）資產管理有限公司”. Investors and the public are hereby advised not to confuse the Company and the Group with “GOLDIN INTERNATIONAL (HONG KONG) FINANCIAL GROUP LIMITED 高銀國際（香港）金融集團有限公司” and “GOLDIN INTERNATIONAL (HK) ASSET MANAGEMENT CO., LIMITED 高銀國際（香港）資產管理有限公司”.
The Company hereby reserves all rights to pursue legal action against any party for infringement of the Company’s legal rights, including but not limited to the impersonation of corporate entities and/or infringement of trademarks of any company within the Group.
